Post Automations In Workflows

Workflows can now handle the full publishing lifecycle for your posts. Add a Publish Post action to any workflow to automate when and how content goes live. Whether you're simply scheduling a post or coordinating complex event coverage, Workflows now integrate directly with your CMS!

Audio Embeds In Posts

Composer now support audio embeds. Drop in a SoundCloud or Spotify link using the slash command or block palette, and PressBox renders a clean, inline player right in your posts. Embeds are resolved server-side, so they carry through to your blog, email, and anywhere else you distribute content.

Dynamic Brand Colors & Logos

Brand Settings got a big glow up this week! Add, remove, and rename color slots, organize logos into custom groups with variants, and pick a preferred color display. Every color and logo in PressBox now adapts to how your brand actually works.
